Bah Humbug!

1st December and now on the count down to Christmas!!! Where did November go to!

Over at Country View Crafts our new monthly challenge is Bah Humbug! and we want to see your Dickension style Christmas projects. I do hope you will join us in our challenge and I am looking forward to seeing your wonderful entries.

For my DT Dickensian project I am sharing my first attempt at a decorated bag and tag using these wonderful Pion Design Winter Wonderland Papers.

I had great fun decorating the bag and then making a tag to go inside it.  The ribbon and brad on the tag hold the bag shut - quite ingenious eh! ..... pure luck!

I made the snowflake embellishment from a Spellbinders Snowflake Die, embossing the layers with the new Rangers Antiquities Frosted Crystal Embossing Powder (just loving this).

I really enjoyed making this project and I think I could get hooked!

Have a great day and thanks for visiting x

PS For those locals who travel on Northlink Ferries from Shetland to Aberdeen I did buy the bags specially, they are not the when you are not feeling too great bags from the cabin ............. although they look quite similar!

Beautiful makes Jennie, you have used those lovely papers in your own wonderfully creative style and produced a bag and tag to die for. Love them.
